Management and their direct reports are responsible for communicating the Quality Policy and the importance of meeting customer as well as statutory and regulatory requirements to employees within their respective organizations. They shall ensure that it is understood and applied to the daily work of the organization through the establishment of goals and quality objectives.
Policies & procedures are in place to ensure that services are delivered to the highest standards as customer satisfaction is of prime importance. All equipment offered by Transtech Africa Global is designed and produced by manufacturers who comply to recognised Quality Bodies. The Company's objective is one of continual improvement and to comply with and where appropriate exceed the requirement of all relevant legislation and regulations.
